Good staff, very polite. The food is always good too. And (this should be a given for a steakhouse, but you'd be surprised) these guys actually know how to properly cook a steak.

This place continuously hits a 10 out of 10! I couldn't believe how busy they were when we got there since it was only about 5 on a Saturday. But our weight was not too unpleasant and everything from that point on was spot-on! Our server was at our table table within a minute and got our drinks and appetizer out ASAP salads came before the steak and the steak was fabulous!

I had the 5 oz salmon and my wife had the 6 oz sirloin. Both entrees were cooked the way we requested and we're great! The flavor of the salmon was really good and the sauce that you could put on it that is in a separate container on the side, he is also very good.They have the most tender sirloin steaks of any steakhouse that I have ever eaten at! Are sides with our main dish where are equally good. The only thing that I would like to see improved, in their seasoning of their breading for their fried pickles. The sauce with the fried pickles is great, but I just think they need more seasoning in their breading.

Even though it was crowded and very busy, we were seated in fairly short order. The steak was amazing, and cooked to perfection. Our server was excellent and took great care of us. Highly recommend!

It is a well known chain of steak houses, pretty cheap. It is very cozy inside and the meals are delicious. Staff was very helpful and even though we came there 40 minutes before closing time, the staff served us with smile. If you want to have a tasty steak for a reasonable price, then I strongly recommend this restaurant. The whole family enjoyed the visit from roll eaters to steak connoisseurs everyone had their fill of peanuts, meat, rolls, and veggies. Make a reservation or wait perhaps a very long time. And, be on time with your party all present or you’ll be bumped.

Love this location. Very friendly staff, waiting to be seated is a pain but when you offer good service and food the wait is with it. The only complaint I have is they don't offer veterans discount. They only offer active duty discount. My family come from military background and everyone is retired now so I brought the family for dinner and my dad asked if they give discounts for veterans and they said no. Kinda disappointed since they are a very highly respected restaurant and just thought they would pay their respect to the men and women who protected and serve their country in the past, present and future. By saying this,I don't want anyone to be discouraged to eat there, by all means, the restaurant and facility are well worth the trip but hopefully the company or management well consider changing their policy and honor not only active duty but also the ones who pave the way for the few ,the proud and the strong. YEEYEE

My favorite steak house, even over expensive ones! And Roadhouse isn't expensive! Plus, they have the best (huge) side salad, absolutely yummy dinner rolls, and service who really seem to enjoy working there. And they stand with our military, veterans, law enforcement, and local service organizations. What more could you want?!

Their family value pack was delicious. I loved seeing how they have been able to adjust to our current situation and have have turned their parking into a convenient drive thru.

Folks at N Garland Texas RoHo are Superb. Their service to customers is the best. And I’ve been to other locations but This is the best! Food never disappoints and even if there is a little wait, we usually pre-game at the bar! Awesome experience every time!

I have never had a bad experience. Steaks are always cooked perfectly, price is always reasonable. We always have leftovers, so we get two meals out of every visit

Love their Wednesday special - 11oz sirloin steak with 2 sides of your choice. Though check your particular location as they don't all have the great Wednesday special that ours does. Great food, good environment & good drinks. Tried the Sangria Margarita, whoa was it good. But way to big for me to drink it all, I'm not a big drinker. So my husband & nephew got to help out, they loved it too. Also works as a palate cleanser, if you like tasting the different items of your meal separately.

We did curb side pick up and it went smoothly. Very organized.Good food and staff was very friendly.

Best restaurant for affordable steak. The food is always great and hot. The service is good and I never have any complaints. Highly recommended if you want a great meal without spending a lot of money.

Very quick if check in over phone. Quick prompt service, and completely correct order. I enjoy raw onions greatly, and have to specify lots of onions each time, usually having to ask for more. Tonight, I did not. Thank you! Another restaurant with excellent tea.

I hadn't eaten at a Roadhouse in some time.. If only they'd season the meat, This visit was great. Waiter was beyond the norm. The cook on the steak was pretty close to perfect. A bit of seasoning & this would have been 5 stars. Oh, the chili was awesome :-)

Our waiter was amazing and very accommodating. We shared the chicken fried steak. It was ok, nothing to write home about. It was my first time there. We tried a sample of the chilli and that was pretty good. Overall I was very pleased with the service.

I had a free appetizer email that I got to use for my birthday from here! Most places usually give you a super small portion if they know it's free. Let's be real. But not here! They were extremely generous! Great food as always and very good service 👍

My husband & I ate here for our 23 yr wedding anniversary. I ordered the 12 0z filet. It was cooked perfectly! The best steak I've had in a long time. My husband ordered the chicken fried steak & topped it cowboy style. Our server Madi was very nice & attentive. Prices are reasonable for a steak house. The only drawback was the noise. It was very loud. We will definitely be back.

First time at this location! I loved my hand picked 12oz ribeye and the delicious buffalo wing appetizer. We had a great waiter which is also a plus definitely will be returning.

Pick your steak. Always cooked to perfection. Good sides. A little pricey but worth it.

Steak and lamb chops are spot on. Our server very attentive and handled our every request. We will be back.

The food was below great. The music was entirely too loud and when you have guests who have a group of more than 6 you should not try to fit them in a booth. There is not room for everyone to sit comfortably when there is someone sitting at the end of the table. Also...the hostess was less than friendly which seemed unnecessary considering it was a Tuesday at 4:30.

Easy parking and friendly staff. Took off a point because I asked 3 different servers for a plain butter for my baked potato. By the time I finally got it my potato was barely warm :( Steak was great :)

Our server Josh was great! 5 stars on him and 5 stars for the food (as always). The only things I didn't like was that the hostess that sat us was unpleasant and acted inconvenienced... Barely smiled or made any attempt to act friendly. Also, the manager at the front (a blonde woman) also was unpleasant and seemed very fake. A bit rude.. A tip to both of them: it's better to leave the unpleasantry at home rather than bringing it to work and instead, go in and put a smile on your face. It doesn't matter how busy it is. If you don't like it... Get a different job.

I like that you can call ahead. Service is always great and all the food I have had there is amazing. The margaritas with the extra shot are also worth it.

Service was great,but if you have ANY I mean ANY dietary needs stay far away from this place. The only vegan/vegetarian option they had is a salad if you could even call it that. Lettuce and 3 tomatoes it what I call pathetic. I am not ask Texas Roadhouse to have a whole vegan menu but at least don't cook all of you bake potatoes in BACON GREASE for Pete's sake.

Even thou we can only eat by Pick Up Only, I love how easy it was to order and how organized they were. Wait was a bit longer, but considering everything going on and all the changes everyone is having to adjust to. I think they are doing a GREAT JOB !!

Good steak and sides. They're really busy and still do a very good job taking care of your food and drink needs. The texas roadhouse restaurants have all ways been good

Texas Roadhouse is the place to go if you want a delicious steak! The atmosphere is friendly and the food is delicious. The drinks are good as well. The people are friendly and welcoming, they let you select what steak you would like them to cook for you. I will definitely be back.

I've been to Texas Roadhouse before but it was the first time visiting this location. I'm always impressed with the consistency of good service and good food no matter which location you eat at, especially when they are always busy. It was very busy when we arrived as it was the night of the Packers and 49ers playoff. My husband and I sat at the bar. The two bartenders were very attentive to their customers. We usually get the same few things but tried the ribs, which we enjoyed. Tasted great and fell right off the bone, now a new favorite of ours.

Found a hair in my salad. Yes the manager offer me something else and didn’t charge me for my salad but to me that’s just disgusting. So sad! The roadhouse from back home is way better and I really wanted this one to be just as great.

This particular location was awesome, easy to get to, the wait wasn't long but there were several people there considering it was a weekday evening. Kid friendly, fully equipped to handle toddlers. The food came out at a decent speed, cooked to perfection. They did an amazing job recognizing our birthday person's day. There was a small hiccup with the order and we didn't immediately get bread until we inquired about it after we received our kiddos food and our drinks. But they were both remedied graciously with haste. All in all it was a wonderful experience and great food.

I love the rolls what can I say it's super tasty! The meats are good is it pricey, sure, is it delicious? Oh yeah! Reason for 3 star is because it's just pricey that's really about it, everything else was awesome from the staff to the food, even the loud bar watching games that were telling at each other! I enjoyed it, didnt make the atmosphere feel boring or uneasy. Would I come again? Yes!

Still one of my favorite steak houses; loaded ribeye and baked sweet potato was very good even though we did carry out. We're ready for the dining room and bar to increase capacity so we can sit down and enjoy the great service once again

Service was excellent. We had a party of 9 and all got steaks. Mine was well done, ordered med-rare so it went back. By the time I got the right one everyone else was almost finished. Needless to say not being able to enjoy it rather than scarf it down cause they were all ready to leave was disappointing. Several filets were pretty thin and spread out more like another cut. Doubt we'll go back.

Simply amazing. The staff makes you feel like the richest person there. The food always comes out perfect and I will never stop going to this location!

I adore Texas Roadhouse. Favorite restaurant ever. Very crowded this day and the hostess said they would text us but they never did. Went to go check on our place in line but they had already done a final call over the intercom. We were right outside waiting. Anywho another nice waitress/host found us a table and we had an amazing dinner.

My family LOVES this place. I don't like steak but I do like the loaded baked potatoes and I get sides with that. The staff is also very friendly and coming here is always a great experience!

Excellent steaks. Hours their open are little funky and usually a line to get in but being I am a person who won't stand in line for any restaurant. But Texas Roadhouse I will.

I really like this location. They have good food. And the staff is always prompt and nice. We dine-in and carry out often. I love the rolls, steaks are usually cooked to order and the portions are decent. For those with a dairy allergy - avoid all salad dressings. Even the Italian has dairy in it According to the staff.

Fun environment, courteous and quick staff. Knocked a star because I almost always have to order my steak one temperature higher (medium rare usually comes out rare, medium comes out medium rare, etc). But still tastes great, my kids love coming here.

Best family steak house hands down. The quality and quantity of food is the best value for steakhouses that don't require reservations. Tip: if your not getting the steaks try the ribs😋 fall of the bone tender and delicious.
